𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Ensure all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages and brand values.
- Prepare PR materials to communicate key messages and announcements.
- Identify opportunities for branded merchandise and promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Source, design, and manage the production of branded merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and budget constraints.
- Distribute branded merchandise at events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and product owners to develop comprehensive branding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
- Develop creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Develop relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage for Pun Hlaing Hospitals (EH).
- Monitor media coverage and sentiment and respond promptly to inquiries and opportunities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in brand management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior in the digital landscape.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic digital environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, work with multiple stakeholders and multitask.
