Roles and Responsibilities:
- To provide the registration process, fill in the right patient information to the hospital information system (EMR) to have a specific medical record and hospital registration number.
- Responsible for patient identification accuracy and updating the data in EMR when necessary.
- Monitor daily deposit top-up reports and follow-ups.
- To follow the QMS system process correctly to serve the patients efficiently and reduce the prolonged waiting time.
- Enter and ensure the accuracy of every transaction and be responsible for bill collection of concerned departments.
- Strictly follow the cash handling policy and be responsible for any cash discrepancy.
- Answering phone inquiries for hospital products and services (including all package information).
- Provide patient admissions, discharges, and transfers by notifying appropriate departments and individuals regarding relevant information.
- Handle inpatient and outpatient visits and make sure the patient’s end-to-end journey is smooth.
- Arrange patient escort by the concierge team to the right place and at the right time.
- Assist the manager and other related duties as assigned by the manager.
- To follow 7 Steps of Pun Hlaing Experience while providing services to the patients and attendances.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- A degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a related field (front office, cashier, and customer service preferable).
- Ability to learn newly launched products and services.
