Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of all facility department under HTY (HK, Laundry, POD, MFFT, The Store, Security, Facility, Outsourced Service)
1. Operations: responsible for the following functions of above departments
• Responsible for day to day operations
• Business Process Mapping for smooth operations flow
• Daily round for operational control
• Specialist/key stakeholder relationship management and communication
2. Financial
• Understand, analyse different revenue streams
• Analyze P&L and develop ideas to increase revenue
3. Strategy and Planning
• Non-Clinical Service Planning
• Execution of non clinical service planning as per organization direction
• Understand, analyse and provide input for CAPEX
4. Cost Management
• Manage and maintain repair and maintenance cost on par with BM of hospital
• Understand, analyse and evaluate on department consumption usage and do cost management with action plan
5. Talent Management
• Develop and manage talent of staff as per career pathway
• Man Power Mapping
6. Reporting
• Monthly report and daily report as per requirement with analysis and action plan
• Report as per nature and requirement of department or organization
7. Quality
• Ensure JCIA compliance of above departments
• Department risk management
8. Patient Experience
• IPD and OPD customer satisfaction rate >85%

Job Requirements :
- M.B.B.S, M.B.A (or) M.H.A (or) Equivalent Degree
- Minimum 3 year working experience in healthcare environment
