Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacists in preparing medications for both inpatients and outpatients through picklists.
• Ensure accuracy in picking up and packing drugs as per the pharmacists’ approval.
• Label medications accurately under pharmacist supervision, including the application of barcodes and high-alert stickers, to enhance medication safety.
• Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including receiving and issuing drugs from the Material Management Department, to maintain optimal stock levels and month-end stock taking.
• Actively participate in the hospital’s quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of pharmacy services and patient safety.
• Assist pharmacists at the dispensing counter, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients

Job Requirements:

• B.E.H.S level and Pharmacy Assistant Certification holder.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Pharmacy.
