Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support to hospital staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
  • Work with the Helpdesk Manager and other IT staff to meet unit-specific goals.
  • Based on the issues, suggest preventative or proactive action plans to Help Desk Manager.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Any Degree from accredited University is required.
  • Experience in IT related fields is preferred with good analytical skills.
