Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to hospital staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
- Work with the Helpdesk Manager and other IT staff to meet unit-specific goals.
- Based on the issues, suggest preventative or proactive action plans to Help Desk Manager.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Any Degree from accredited University is required.
- Experience in IT related fields is preferred with good analytical skills.
