Roles and Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming telephone calls and appropriately handle each call by obtaining adequate information to make a proper telemedicine referral, and schedule the follow up teleconsultation.
• Discussing and reviewing patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Formulating suitable treatment plans to address current medical conditions.
• Prescribing various diagnostic tests/home service to aid in providing accurate diagnoses.
• Analyzing diagnostic test results and explaining them to patients.
• Prescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
• Maintaining accurate records of patients’ medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress in EMR.
• Advising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall health (Patient and Family Education) and note down in EMR.
• Assisting patients in managing chronic health conditions.
• Referring patients to physical OPD/ED or Specialist based on triaging and clinical judgement during teleconsultation.
• Participating in team’s strategic planning and reporting of telehealth, Home Care, Corporate Related and managed care services.
• Providing corporate checkup services based on schedule. Any other additional task based on operational requirement.

Job Requirements:

• M.B.B.S or equivalent with M.B.B.S which has been recognized by Myanmar Medical Council.
• Updated SAMA (Myanmar Medical Council Medical License) Number.
