Thatโs why we launched the ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ, a two-day immersive experience designed to equip our most dedicated employees with the skills, mindset, and tools to carry our values forward.
This special program brought together 14 of our ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, outstanding team members recognized over the past two years for their exceptional commitment. These individuals stepped into a new role, not just as high performers, but as ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ tasked with leading positive change across the organization.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored the โ๐โ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, reflecting on what it means to feel fulfilled at work and how to bring others along that journey. They also delved into the ๐๐๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ซ-๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ, developing real-world action plans to tackle cultural challenges with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
They created avatars that reflected their strengths, shared stories, asked difficult questions, and together, shaped a shared vision of what it truly means to embody ๐๐๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ฌ. They laughed, reflected, learned, and most of all, they led.
This isnโt the end of a training. Itโs the beginning of a ripple effect, a Culture Champion movement, built from within, grounded in ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ง๐๐, ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐.
