    HEAL Application

    HEAL by Pun Hlaing puts convenient healthcare access in your hands. Through the app, users can arrange online or in-person appointments, access 24/7 teleconsultations with general practitioners, consult specialists, and review available medical summaries, prescriptions, laboratory results and health information. It is designed for people seeking timely medical guidance, easier appointment management or continued access to PHH care from home or while travelling. The app also supports preventive care by enabling users to explore and purchase eligible medical check-up packages.

    Home Care Services

    Home Care Services brings appropriate clinical support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Following an individual assessment, care may include nursing reviews, health monitoring, medication support, wound care, rehabilitation guidance, caregiver education and coordination with the patient’s medical team. The service may benefit older adults, people with limited mobility, patients recovering after hospitalisation or surgery, and those managing chronic or advanced illness. Home-based care supports safer recovery, greater independence and continuity of treatment while reducing avoidable travel and hospital visits.

    Laboratory

    Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology and Serology, Microbiology, Histopathology and Cytology, Molecular Diagnostics, Frozen Section Service Laboratory Services supports disease screening, diagnosis and treatment monitoring through the analysis of blood, urine, body fluids and tissue samples. Testing may include haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, pathology and transfusion-related investigations, depending on the facility and clinical request. Patients may require laboratory tests during routine health screening, before surgery, when investigating symptoms, or while monitoring infections, chronic conditions, pregnancy or treatment response. Samples are collected and processed using defined quality and safety procedures, with results interpreted by the requesting healthcare professional.
