Pun Hlaing flagship hospital Hlaing Tharyar was established by Serge Pun @ U Theim Wai in 2005, situated on 5.5 acres of land in the Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Tharyar township and has continuously served the nation by providing access to quality healthcare for the past 16 years. The flagship hospital is the first hospital in Myanmar to receive ISO accreditation in 2010 and achieved American Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) in August 2017 for quality and patient safety.

Ambulance Service
PHH’s Ambulance Service provides medical response and transport for emergencies, hospital transfers and patients who require clinical support while travelling. Ambulances are supported by trained personnel and essential equipment for assessment, stabilization and safe transfer to appropriate care. Call for an ambulance when someone has severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, major trauma, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness or another potentially life-threatening condition. The service may also support planned transfers for patients whose condition or mobility makes ordinary transport unsafe.
Behaviour Health Sciences
Behavioural Health Sciences provides confidential, evidence-based support for emotional, psychological and behavioural wellbeing. Our care begins with a comprehensive assessment and may include counselling, psychotherapy, behavioural strategies, medication management and family support, guided by each patient’s needs. Children, adolescents and adults should seek help for persistent anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, sleep problems, changes in behaviour, difficulty coping with illness, or challenges affecting learning, work and relationships. Early support can strengthen coping skills, improve daily functioning and support a safe, sustainable recovery.
Bronchoscopy Services
Bronchoscopy Services use a thin, flexible camera to examine the windpipe and airways. The procedure can identify infection, inflammation, bleeding, narrowing, foreign bodies or suspicious growths and may allow fluid, tissue or biopsy samples to be collected. Seek assessment for a persistent or unexplained cough, coughing up blood, recurring lung infections, breathing difficulty or an abnormal chest X-ray or CT scan. Large-volume bleeding, severe breathlessness or rapidly worsening symptoms requires immediate emergency care.
Cardiac Surgery
The Cardiac Surgery service provides specialist assessment and surgical treatment for diseases affecting the heart and major blood vessels. Depending on the diagnosis, care may include coronary bypass surgery, heart-valve repair or replacement, and surgery for selected congenital or aortic conditions, followed by critical care and rehabilitation. Patients should seek this service after referral from a cardiologist when tests show that surgery may offer the most appropriate treatment. Sudden chest pain, breathlessness or collapse requires immediate emergency care.
