𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

  • To assist the Customer Service Manager in providing customer care.
  • To collect customer-related information (such as customer feedback, suggestions, complaints, and requirements) by continuous monitoring and report back to the Customer Service Manager.
  • To liaise with any unsatisfied customer together with the Customer Service Manager.
  • To do monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction continually in all service touch-point areas.
  • To communicate directly with customers for conducting OPD and IPD customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • To make effective arrangements for communicating with customers in means of service, inquiries, and information by assisting the Customer Relation Manager.
  • To provide the occasional aftercare service to the customers when necessary.
  • To perform room orientation for any inquiries from patients and for admission-related processes.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Any Graduate
  • Good Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to solve customer complaint.
  • At least 1 year working experience.
