At ๐๐ฎ๐ง ๐‡๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‡๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ, we believe that a strong culture isnโ€™t something thatโ€™s built overnight; itโ€™s nurtured by the people who live it every day. Thatโ€™s why we launched the ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ, a two-day immersive experience designed to equip our most dedicated employees with the skills, mindset, and tools to carry our values forward.

This special program brought together 14 of our ๐๐‡๐‡ ๐Ÿ• ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, outstanding team members recognized over the past two years for their exceptional commitment. These individuals stepped into a new role, not just as high performers, but as ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ tasked with leading positive change across the organization.

Throughout the workshop, participants explored the โ€œ๐—โ€ ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ž๐ž ๐„๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, reflecting on what it means to feel fulfilled at work and how to bring others along that journey. They also delved into the ๐Š๐ž๐ฉ๐ง๐ž๐ซ-๐“๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ž ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ž๐ฅ, developing real-world action plans to tackle cultural challenges with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

They created avatars that reflected their strengths, shared stories, asked difficult questions, and together, shaped a shared vision of what it truly means to embody ๐๐‡๐‡โ€™๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ. They laughed, reflected, learned, and most of all, they led.

This isnโ€™t the end of a training. Itโ€™s the beginning of a ripple effect, a Culture Champion movement, built from within, grounded in ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž, ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, ๐š๐๐š๐ฉ๐ญ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž.
