Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the workforce structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to the creation of a strong employer brand (employer of choice) to attract and retain top talent from the market.
- Maintain and ensure management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending people management and developmentโs policies and procedures.
- Maintain historical employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
- Maintain accurate employee records for audits and reporting purposes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation programs to integrate employees into the organization.
- Oversight and contribute the employee engagement programs, including events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with PMD policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on PMD activities and present them to senior management.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee PMD operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Assist in management if needed related to operations matters.
Job Requirements:
- MBBS / MBA / Bachelorโs degree in management field / Any graduate with Human Resources Certificate
- Ability to supervise a team and manage people management functions effectively.
- Encourage and support staff to achieve the department objective.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- At least 3 yearsโ experience in HR management field.
