𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
- To assist the Customer Service Manager in providing customer care.
- To collect customer-related information (such as customer feedback, suggestions, complaints, and requirements) by continuous monitoring and report back to the Customer Service Manager.
- To liaise with any unsatisfied customer together with the Customer Service Manager.
- To do monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction continually in all service touch-point areas.
- To communicate directly with customers for conducting OPD and IPD customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- To make effective arrangements for communicating with customers in means of service, inquiries, and information by assisting the Customer Relation Manager.
- To provide the occasional aftercare service to the customers when necessary.
- To perform room orientation for any inquiries from patients and for admission-related processes.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Any Graduate
- Good Interpersonal Communication Skills.
- Ability to solve customer complaint.
- Computer literate.
- At least 1 year working experience.
