𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

  1. To assist the Customer Service Manager in providing customer care.
  2. To collect customer-related information (such as customer feedback, suggestions, complaints, and requirements) by continuous monitoring and report back to the Customer Service Manager.
  3. To liaise with any unsatisfied customer together with the Customer Service Manager.
  4. To do monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction continually in all service touch-point areas.
  5. To communicate directly with customers for conducting OPD and IPD customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  6. To make effective arrangements for communicating with customers in means of service, inquiries, and information by assisting the Customer Relation Manager.
  7. To provide the occasional aftercare service to the customers when necessary.
  8. To perform room orientation for any inquiries from patients and for admission-related processes.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Any Graduate
  • Good Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to solve customer complaint.
  • Computer literate.
  • At least 1 year working experience.
