- Referral Partner Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and acquire referral partners within our network, focusing on achieving revenue targets and KPIs in a competitive market.
- Develop and manage a structured sales calendar, including sales calls, budgeting, seasonal gifts, and tracking the sales process to monitor referral closure status.
- Monitor referral partner performance on a month-by-month basis to ensure KPIs are met.
- Encourage and secure exclusive referral agreements with acquired partners for HEAL Laboratory services.
- Referral Flow Oversight:
- Oversee and monitor referral flows from all partners to ensure service quality remains top-tier in comparison to competitors.
- Manage and resolve complaints from referral partners by coordinating with the operations team.
- Provide real-time responses and address customer requirements to maintain strong relationships.
- Track and report on referral flow metrics, including payment status, referral fee turnaround time, and service delivery timelines.
- Referral Sales Team Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain a sales call calendar for referral sales specialists within designated areas to support the achievement of referral partner acquisition KPIs.
- Monitor individual sales team performance monthly, focusing on sales calls, revenue generation, and KPI attainment.
- Referral Partner Retention Strategy:
- Engage regularly with partners through calls, chats, and emails to explore new opportunities for expanding their service offerings.
- Develop and implement a seasonal gift and courtesy call calendar to maintain and strengthen partner relationships.
- Corporate Partnership Development:
- Conduct regular sales calls to corporate clients within the funnel and lead sources.
- Arrange and attend meetings with corporate management teams to secure partnerships in alignment with KPI targets.
